What happens during the weekly calls?

Each 45-minute session is guided but flexible. We’ll check in on how you’re feeling, reflect on what’s coming up, and build or refine your personalized self-care practices. Sessions may include journaling prompts, lifestyle reflection, nervous system support tools, and intention-setting.

Do I need any prior experience with journaling or self-care?

Not at all. This work meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to self-care or already have a practice, we’ll tailor everything to your needs, capacity, and season of life.

Will this help with stress and burnout?

Yes — many of the tools and practices we explore are designed to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience. While results vary, clients often report feeling more grounded, supported, and clear by the end of our time together.

Is this done virtually or in person?
